I had such a great experience working with Kathy in selling my home. Not only was it sold in less than two months, she was there every step of the way, and myself being from out of town that was very helpful when meeting the home inspector and other contractors that were needed as well. Kathy went way above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. Kathy was very responsive and easy to get a hold of anytime I reached out, which was often given the circumstances of me living up north.

I am so happy to have had you to help me through this process. It is not everyday that I sell my house. I do not know how folks can sell their house without a realtor. I can’t rave enough about Kathy. She was so attentive to our needs, so thorough in all the paperwork involved with buying a house, and always went the extra mile with any of our requests. I almost want to buy another house just to work with her! Great agent.
